Godwin Developments has nearly doubled the size of its London headquarters taking 1,931 sq ft at 26 St James’s Square.
The building has been fully refurbished into a high-end contemporary workspace, with corporate occupiers benefitting from views across the square as well as dual aspect access from St James’s Square and Pall Mall.

BNP Paribas was the agent on the deal and the fit-out of the building was undertaken by Interiora Projects.
