Restaurant chain Rosa’s Thai has expanded into Scotland taking units in Glasgow and Edinburgh.
In Glasgow, the brand has taken 2,109 sq ft at ground floor and 2,205 sq ft at basement level at 41-43 West Nile Street in the city centre and in Edinburgh Rosa’s Thai has signed for 4,001 sq ft at 43 Frederick Street.
The first Rosa’s Thai opened in 2008 on Hanbury Street in London and the chain now has 37 locations across the UK.
Steve Seager, property director at Rosa’s Thai, said: “Scotland has been a long-term target for us and we are so happy to launch with two prime sites in the two key cities. Both restaurants will be situated in beautiful heritage buildings which helps reflect the authenticity of the Rosa’s brand. We are looking for more locations across the UK in prime locations and characteristics which meet our strict criteria for openings and we are excited to be working with P-THREE to help deliver this growth.”
