Avison Young has formed a strategic partnership with Delva Patman Redler (DPR) to deliver rights of light and daylight and sunlight consultancy services.
As a result of the partnership, six members of Alison Young’s building consultancy team will join DPR. Mark Feighery and Mark Kidd will become partners at DPR, Cathryn Buckland will join as associate, James Moore joins as rights of light surveyor and Ross Tuhill and Mikel Zubizarreta will hold the title of senior analyst surveyors.
DPR, which was established more than 40 years ago and has offices in London, Liverpool and Bristol, undertakes a range of building and surveying services and is recognised as a national, specialist firm for advice relating to neighbour law, particularly rights of light, daylight and sunlight, party walls and boundary disputes.
DPR is currently headed up by senior partners Rob French, Ashley Patience and Stuart Gray and following the expansion of the team, Gray will become managing partner and incoming partner Mark Feighery will take over Gray’s current role as the head of rights of light and daylight and sunlight.
