White Properties has bought a £25m GDV development opportunity on a site in Nine Elms, London, from Westbrook Whitfield for £5m.
The site, which is located on Wilcox Road, benefits from full planning permission for the construction of 22 new residential apartments spread over seven buildings ranging from two to seven storeys in height and approximately 8,230 sq ft of flexible commercial and community space.
