Locale has acquired Evergreen Reputation, a real estate focused marketing, communications and events agency, to strengthen the firm’s experiential offering.

Evergreen Reputation founder Sam Kidby and managing director Michael Richardson will report into Locale’s director of strategy and growth Rob Maxwell, and will be responsible for overseeing the development and growth of the new offering, identifying new business opportunities and building strategic partnerships.

Guy Windsor-Lewis (pictured), chief executive of Locale, said: “This is another crucial milestone in Locale’s journey and we are thrilled to welcome Sam and Michael to the Locale family. Having celebrated our 18th anniversary and reorganised our business in line with the evolving market dynamics this year, acquiring Evergreen Reputation is a logical next step in our bid to innovate when it comes to delivering best-in-class occupier experiences that really put community at its heart.

“Sam and Michael’s impressive proven track record with the likes of St Pancras International, Lendlease, Leake Street in Waterloo and Urban Partners in King’s Cross is testament to their extensive experience with landmark projects and our shared vision for best-in-class occupier experience with a digital-first approach made this acquisition a very easy decision. I can’t wait to see what happens next.”

Kidby added: “After 12 years of creating some of the most innovative and high-profile marketing and communication campaigns, events and installations in the UK, we are delighted to become part of Locale. Guy has steadily built an impressive stable of occupier-focused services in 18 years and we are looking forward to growing the experiential offering – building lasting communities, and creating robust reputations for our clients.”
