Avison Young appoints new director in place team

Avison Young has appointed Joe Gregory as a director in the firm’s place team in Manchester.

Gregory joins the firm from Grant Thornton, where he spent four years in the public sector advisory team. Prior to that, he worked for KPMG Infrastructure Advisory Group, where he specialised in advising public and private sector clients on urban regeneration projects. ibility and viability stages. 

In his new role, he will focus on delivery of mixed-use regeneration and development schemes, supporting clients with business cases, funding, financing and delivery advice.

Avison Young UK has also appointed Paul Conlan as a director in the firm’s healthcare team in Leeds. Conlan worked at GP Surveyors for more than 10 years and was operations director from 2015, responsible for running the day-to-day activity and teams. Since 2021, he managed the NHSPS lease advisory contract at Eddisons.
