Graftongate has secured a resolution to grant planning permission for a 175,000 sq ft logistics facility at Hayes Bridge Retail Park in West London.
The developer secured consent for the scheme in conjunction with AimCo and Oxenwood Real Estate. Oxenwood and Graftongate purchased the 8.3-acre retail park in Hayes in 2021 for £50m.
Speaking at the time of the acquisition, Alex Thomason, development manager at Graftongate, said: “We are very pleased to have acquired Hayes Bridge Retail Park in an off-market transaction, our first joint venture with Oxenwood. The site lies in a strategically important location in west London within a short distance of a large and growing local population and with excellent transport links via road, rail and air. We look forward to furthering our relationship with Oxenwood and developing the site’s full potential.”
