Indoor and outdoor furniture supplier Leisure Bench has signed for 44,924 sq ft of industrial and office space at Old Wharf Road in Grantham.
The company has signed a five-year lease on the self-contained distribution facility at an annual rent of £146,000.
The facility, which is owned by D & M Fearon Retirement Benefits Scheme, is situated in a prominent position at the junction of Harlaxton Road, with easy access to the A1 as well as Grantham town centre and railway station.
Victor Ktori, head of office and commercial department at Savills Nottingham, which advised the landlord on the letting, said: “We are thrilled to have completed this lease at Old Wharf Road which underpins the demand for industrial space in Grantham. The property is located in a well-established area providing Leisure Bench Limited with the ideal space to consolidate several regional sites into a single extensive site.”
