Avant Homes has acquired its first mixed-use development site in the North West.
The housebuilder bought the 20 acre site in Great Eccleston from Duchy Homes for an undisclosed sum with the benefit of a reserved matters planning permission.
Subject to planning, Avant Homes will deliver 115 energy-efficient two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes at the Oakview Quarter development.
The scheme will have a gross development value of £32m and also offer a new primary school, medical centre and community centre as well as commercial and retail space.
