Caravan Restaurants has taken 10,000 sq ft at Allied London’s Manchester Goods Yard scheme – its first site outside London.
Manchester Goods Yard is located in the St John’s district of the city and is due to fully open in spring this year. The building has secured a number of tenants including Booking.com, Soho House member’s club and Mollies Hotel.
The scheme is inspired by Manchester’s heritage and also draws inspiration from the enormous factory buildings in Brooklyn.
Michael Ingall, chief executive of Allied London, said: “Bringing Caravan to our unique mix at St John’s was an obvious move for us bearing in mind what we are creating and I am sure they will be an operation that Manchester will love.”
