MurrayTwohig Developments has appointed Kevin Bundy, former managing director for development at Soho House, as a partner.

Bundy has 20 years’ experience working for a wide range of organisations in c-suite and senior management roles and during his time at Soho House he delivered five new openings in an 18-month period.

Bundy said: “It’s an incredibly exciting time to be joining MurrayTwohig Developments, jumping straight in on one of the country’s most exciting regeneration projects at Daedalus Waterfront whilst supporting business plans to grow the number of sites across the country. Having worked with the team previously, I look forward to delivering more exceptional places such as Battersea Power Station and now at Daedalus.”

Dave Twohig, co-founder of MurrayTwohig, added: “With Kevin’s track record of delivery at the very highest level, we are massively expanding our capability – to create powerful, viable and popular visions, that we can now bring to life. As we’ve shown at Daedalus Waterfront, it’s an approach that works. We’re on the look-out for more sites and new opportunities where we can bring our global expertise and progressive approach.

“We believe that if we make places that people love, that contribute to their local area and that people find value in, then we will make more successful, more profitable projects. We are delivering this approach at Daedalus and having Kevin on board will boost our business plan to further expand our portfolio of mixed-use regeneration projects.”
