Sir Robert McAlpine Capital Ventures (SRMCV) has appointed Owain Thomas from Cortland as managing director, land and development.
At Cortland, Thomas was managing director of investment and development in Europe and was responsibile for the origination and build out of all new investment opportunities as well as managing Cortland’s construction team Cortland Build. Prior to Cortland, he was a development director at Cheyne Capital Management.
In his new role, Thomas will have overall responsibility for the SRMCV development team as well as implementing a strategy to grow the SRMCV business.
