AM Sci Tech has expanded its lettings and management team at Aberdeen Energy & Innovation Parks, with the appointment of Jenn Foster as commercial lettings manager.
Foster, who previously worked for CSL and Barratt and David Wilson Homes, will be responsible for marketing the parks alongside the management team and agents Ryden and Knight Frank.
Cherry Paton, estates manager at Aberdeen Energy & Innovation Parks, said: “It is great to have Jenn on board – she is a natural people person, who will bring energy and enthusiasm to the role. She will help drive forward marketing of the parks, bringing a fresh perspective and objective view. She will sign-up occupiers and continue to attract businesses to locate here. We are encouraged with the level of enquiries we have, which highlights the continued demand for the type of space that we offer.”
Foster added: “With the new owners firmly in place, it is an exciting time to be starting this role and I’m hugely excited to be joining such a dynamic team and securing new occupiers. Our parks offer a wide mix of cost-effective space solutions for a diverse range of businesses of all sizes, including leased offices, serviced offices, along with workshop and lab space.
“I will be focused on the day-to-day operations of the parks and dealing with occupiers to help them settle in, as well as looking after new enquiries to encourage more businesses to locate here.”
