Retail lighting business Shoplight has signed for a 4,487 sq ft unit at Titan Drive in Fengate, Peterborough.
The company, which already occupies Unit 5 at the estate has taken Unit 4 on a lease that expires in July 2029. Titan Drive comprises 17 units and benefits from close proximity to Peterborough city centre.
Edward Gee, director, commercial agency at Savills Peterborough, which acted on behalf of the landlord Canal & River Trust, said: “We are glad to have completed this deal on behalf of our client which will support Shoplight’s expansion who already have a unit at Titan Drive. Situated in the Eastern Industry Employment Area of Peterborough, Titan Drive is one of Peterborough’s most popular trade counter schemes.”
