Greencore Homes has made a series of new appointments across the business.

Ashley Wighton has joined Greencore from Vanderbilt Homes as senior technical coordinator; Emma Gelling has joined as a land buyer from Rectory Homes; Guy Stevens, who has a vast array of residential sector experience, has joined as investment manager; James Pratt – formerly of Persimmon Homes and Harwood Homes – has been appointed senior buyer; and Alex Spring has been recruited as land manager.

Greencore said the new hires would support its land and partnerships strategy as the developer seeks out new opportunities to bolster its development pipeline.

Jon Di Stefano, CEO at Greencore Homes, said: “With our sights set on delivering 10,000 of our homes in the next 10 years, we are pleased to welcome Alex, Emma, Guy, Ashley and James to the Greencore team. Their combined expertise will help ensure that our development pipeline continues to grow, such that we can deliver more of the homes needed in the UK whilst also reducing carbon emissions.”
