The Crown Estate has brought its London property management services, which were previously supplied by JLL, in-house for the first time.
The estate’s London portfolio will now be managed by the new London property management team, made up of personnel formerly in the JLL team.
The JLL finance team that supports the London portfolio will also join The Crown Estate in the autumn.
