AT Communications has trebled the size of its premises at SEGRO Park North Feltham on a new 15-year lease.
The company, which moved to the park in 2017, has upsized its current 8,760 sq ft premises to a new 26,518 sq ft facility to facilitate further business expansion.
SEGRO is targeting a BREEAM Excellent rating for the unit which is equipped with a number of different sustainability features, including PV panels and EV charging points.
The letting to AT Communications takes the total occupancy rate at SEGRO Park North Feltham to 97.3%.
