Railpen has secured planning consent for a 120,000 sq ft logistics facility in South Mimms.
The unit, which is located in a super prime location near the A1(M)/M25, will be delivered by Railpen’s development partner Wrenbridge,
The joint venture partners are targeting BREEAM Outstanding and an EPC A+ rating for the development, which will deliver a 30% biodiversity net gain.
