Logicor has commenced construction of a circa 43,000 sq ft multi-let industrial scheme in Altrincham, Greater Manchester.
Logicor Park Altrincham comprises three units of circa 21,000 sq ft, 15,500 sq ft and 3,500 sq ft, which will be available to occupy in H2 2025.
The units will feature LED lighting, EV charging facilities and a roof-mounted solar PV system. Logicor is targeting EPC A+ and a minimum BREEAM Very Good rating for the units.
Charlie Howard, managing director of Logicor UK, said: “We’re really excited to have begun construction at Logicor Park Altrincham. There is proven demand for high-quality, sustainable logistics space in premium locations and we look forward to welcoming new customers in the second half of next year.
“Being able to meet this need while delivering state-of-the-art, sustainable space that meets the highest of today’s standards is a great privilege. It also marks another step towards our goal of increasing the capacity of our on-site renewable energy generation, in turn helping us to reduce our carbon footprint by 36% by 2030.”
