United Trust Bank (UTB) has appointed Ben Jenkinson as head of product and strategy in the firm’s property development division.
In his new role, Jenkinson, who has more than 20 years’ experience in real estate finance, will work with UTB’s head of property development Adam Bovingdon and head of originations – property development Paul DeCroos.
UTB has also appointed Kayleigh Simpson as manager – property development. Simpson, who has worked in real estate and commercial banking for 11 years for lenders including Cynergy Bank and RBS, will assist housebuilders operating across the North West of England with a range of development finance and developer exit solutions.
