HUB has appointed Ty Turner from Knight Frank as the company’s new head of investor relations.
At Knight Frank, Turner specialised in raising capital for acquisitions, development and joint ventures on behalf of developers, operators and investment managers across all real estate sectors, with a particular focus on living.
Robert Sloss, CEO of HUB, said: “Ty’s appointment further strengthens HUB’s senior team as we continue our focus on acquiring sites across the UK and exploring new funding opportunities. Already this year we have entered into new ventures with global investment firm H.I.G. Capital and CDL, the Singapore-based real estate developer.
“We have also strengthened our long-standing partnership with Bridges, with more sites being acquired, and schemes being funded and achieving planning. Ty’s appointment follows the internal promotion of Miles Keeley to head of acquisitions this summer, two strategic appointments that will be key to HUB’s growth.”
