Hanley Controls has signed for the 10,713 sq ft Unit 2 warehouse on Birds Royd Industrial Estate in Brighouse, West Yorkshire.
CBRE advised the outgoing tenant, Robit Group, on disposing of its lease to Hanley Controls.
Hanley Solutions, which specialises in pipes, valves, fittings, controls and instrumentation, as well as bespoke off-site manufacturing, will occupy the space.
