Sun Venture has let the 11,473 sq ft first floor of One New Oxford Street in London’s West End to DoubleVerify.
The software company has taken the office space on a 10-year lease and joins an existing tenant lineup which includes COS, Twitch and Credit Karma.
The newly refurbished property offers 94,390 sq ft across nine floors with retail units on the ground floor and basement. One New Oxford Street has received a BREEAM Excellent refurbishment and fit-out rating.
Joe Fuller, partner at Bluebook, which represented Sun Venture on the letting, said: “Architect designed, fully fitted floors of this size in a landmark building such as One New Oxford Street are hard to come by. We had received interest from a number of parties during the refurbishment phase and it was a great result to have secured DoubleVerify. We look forward to delivering the second floor in the autumn which will also be offered on a turn-key basis.”
