The Hill Group has appointed Tom Starkey as the company’s new build-to-rent (BTR) and commercial asset manager.
Starkey started his career as a land buyer at Taylor Wimpey and Berkeley Group and most recently worked as a senior acquisitions manager at HUB.
In this newly created position, Starkey will help shape Hill’s BTR strategy and oversee the company’s expansion into the sector.
