Multi-Realm has been awarded the operating management mandate for the Trentham Estate in the West Midlands.
The estate, which comprises an outdoor shopping village, restaurants and cafes, award-winning gardens and the Blue Diamond Gardens Centre, is owned by funds managed by Blackstone.
The 725-acre site near Stoke-on-Trent was previously managed by St Modwen. Multi-Realm will now manage the entire estate and operate all parts of the retail, leisure and events business.
