Trilogy Real Estate has appointed Robert Allan as director of development.
Allan has more than 25 years’ of industry experience and previously worked for the likes of Muse, Cain International, Hammerson and Derwent London.
In his new role, he will lead on the delivery of Trilogy’s portfolio of “inspiring places for learning, research and business”, including phase two of Republic London – the 940,000 sq ft expansion of Trilogy’s education-led innovation campus in East London.
Robert Wolstenholme, founding partner of Trilogy Real Estate, said: “Over the past two years, Trilogy has secured planning consent for more than 2.5m sq ft of complex mixed-use development that will place innovation and education at the heart of strategically significant sites in the UK’s major cities.
