Retail, leisure and placemaking agency P-Three has appointed Louise Hannah from Montagu Evans as senior surveyor.
In her new role, Hannah, who spent three years as a surveyor at Montagu Evans, will report into P-Three co-founders Hannah McNamara and Thomas Rose, and will work across the company’s leasing, consultancy and occupier representation activity.
McNamara said: “Louise is a valuable addition to our growing team, as we look to help our clients create the next ‘place-to-be’ destinations. Her expertise lies in unlocking the potential in the UK’s retail and leisure sectors by blending strategic agency work, asset management and development consultancy.
