Independent property advisory firm Lismore Real Estate Advisors has strengthened its Edinburgh-based operation with the promotion of Chris Thornton to senior associate and the appointment of Chrissie Clancy as surveyor.
Thornton joined the firm in November 2020 and has been an integral part of the team, contributing to key transactions and fostering client relationships. In his new role, he will take on greater responsibilities and be involved in guiding the firm’s strategic initiatives.
Clancy undertook work experience at Lismore while she was a student and she joins the team from Knight Frank, where she has worked for the past three years as a graduate surveyor, passing her APC earlier this year.
