Knight Frank has appointed Andrew Hezelgrave from Savills as a partner in the company’s building surveying team in London.

Hezelgrave, who has around 20 years of commercial property experience, was technical due diligence director at Savills for two years and prior to that he spent almost a decade at Black Cat Building Consultancy and Paragon Building Consultancy.

Burt said: “Andrew’s appointment reflects the team’s ambitious growth strategy and further bolsters our offer to clients, advising on their ever-changing property challenges across all commercial asset classes. He will play an important role in serving our clients, whose focus on driving the improved sustainability and operational performance of their portfolios requires the full-service support of our expert teams.”

Hezelgrave added: “Knight Frank’s building surveying team demonstrates an impressive roster of talented professionals with a proven track record advising on high-profile assets across commercial property sectors. I’m looking forward to joining Andrew and the team and supporting the team’s long-term growth in line with the sector’s heightened focus on the whole life cycle performance of commercial assets.”
