Aviva Investors has appointed Glencar to construct four industrial and logistics units ranging from 22,500 sq ft to 64,250 sq ft at Catalyst Industrial Park, off Drews Lane in Birmingham.
The units will be built to achieve a BREEAM Excellent and EPC A rating and will feature photovoltaic panels and electric vehicle charging infrastructure.
