Redevco has hired Deborah Green from Oxford Properties as the company’s new UK portfolio director.
At Oxford Properties, Green was director, office, retail and life sciences, and led the asset management of the company’s UK office and retail portfolio.
She joined Oxford Properties from British Land where she was an asset manager looking after assets such as Meadowhall, and prior to that she worked for Hammerson.
In her new role, Green will report to Chris Fleetwood, deputy chief operating officer real estate at Redevco, and will run the London-based UK portfolio team, which manages more than £800m of real estate.
Earlier this week, Redevco completed the acquisition of a £518m portfolio of UK retail parks from Oxford Properties.
Fleetwood said: “Deborah is a highly regarded property professional with deep experience across multiple asset classes and I am delighted that she has joined us at such an exciting time for Redevco and our UK business. She has a strong track record in value creation and is skilled at building resilient portfolios for investor clients.”
Green added: “I am excited to start my new role at Redevco and look forward to working with the excellent team to continue to expand and diversify the portfolio.”
