Gatehouse Investment Management has strengthened its team hiring Jasmin Dwyer as development manager.
Dwyer was previously a development manager at Vistry in its North East Midlands division and worked closely with institutional buyers as part of the housebuilder’s partnership model.
In her new role, she will work closely with Gatehouse IM’s housebuilder and joint venture partners to manage the smooth delivery and onboarding of new homes for the firm’s single-family rental (SFR) portfolios.
Gatehouse IM acquired more than 1,000 homes for its SFR platforms over the past 12 months, with further growth scheduled for 2025.
Peter Hall, senior development manager at Gatehouse IM said: “This is a period of growth for our joint venture platforms, with over 1,000 homes acquired over the past year and a significant pipeline being delivered in 2025, and Jasmin will play a crucial role in the delivery and onboarding of these new sites. She brings significant experience and understanding of the sector, and her arrival is a great boost to the wider Gatehouse IM team.”
