Glade Capital has acquired River House in the City of London from Palmhurst Residential for an undisclosed price.

The 12,506 sq ft building comprises 15 residential apartments and a vacant ground floor retail unit.

Situated at the intersection of Minories and Crosswall, River House offers a range of asset management opportunities, including refurbishing the apartments, repositioning the asset, and re-letting the retail unit.

James Laverack, director, Savills Operational Capital Markets, which advised Palmhurst Residential on the sale, said: “This transaction highlights the growing demand for hybrid residential and serviced apartment properties, particularly in prime urban locations where flexible living solutions are increasingly sought after. As the market continues to evolve, we remain committed to helping our clients navigate opportunities in this dynamic sector.”
