Puma Property Finance has strengthened its senior legal team with the appointment of Dhwani Shah from Clifford Chance as legal counsel.
Shah, a dual qualified lawyer in the UK and India, spent almost three years in Clifford Chance’s London office, advising clients on real estate financing and structured debt transactions.
Prior to Clifford Chance, she worked at top tier law firm Talwar Thakore & Associates (TT&A) in Mumbai, India, in its general banking and finance team.
Paul Frost, managing director of Puma Property Finance, said: “We are delighted to welcome Dhwani to Puma. Her appointment reflects the ongoing investment into our business as we continue to experience high demand for our development finance offerings.”
Shah added: “It’s been great to join the Puma team and I look forward to contributing to its continued success. Puma Property Finance is a leading name in the development finance market and in the short time that I’ve been here, we’ve completed deals across multiple sectors including care homes, life sciences, industrial and residential. The team is absolutely brilliant and I am delighted to be a part of it.”
