Convene has appointed Neil O’Grady as director of real estate to support the company’s continued expansion across the UK and identify growth opportunities in Europe.
O’Grady has more then 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, including eight years overseeing asset management and acquisitions for flexible workspace developer and operator The Office Group in Europe.
Most recently, he served as investment director at Irish-based property development company Sonbrook.
In his new role, he will be responsible for sourcing new locations for Convene and its growing portfolio of lifestyle brands including leasing opportunities, landlord partnerships, and prospective M&A deals with a geographical focus on London, the broader UK market, and continental Europe.
