UK real estate asset management and development company Quadrant has promoted John Maddison to managing partner.
In his new role, Maddison, who has been at the company for nearly 10 years, will oversee the day-to-day running of Quadrant and will continue to work closely with founding partners Christopher Daniel and Tristram Gethin.
Prior to joining Quadrant, Maddison was head of retail warehouse asset management at British Land and was responsible for managing the company’s large portfolio of retail parks and shopping parks.
Daniel said: “We know our whole team will benefit from John’s aptitude, experience and dedication as he steps into this role. We have created the position of managing partner for the first time as our business has reached a size that means it will benefit from having somebody of John’s calibre coupled with his thorough knowledge of the firm in a management position of this kind.”
