Redevco has completed two retail lettings at its mixed-use Hanningtons Estate scheme in Brighton
Beauty brand Charlotte Tilbury has taken the circa 2,000 sq ft East Street shop on a 10-year lease and fragrance house Isle of Avalon has signed a five-year lease for a circa 736 sq ft shop at 1 Hanningtons Lane. The two deals represent the final retail lettings at the 150,000 sq ft mixed-use scheme.
