Colliers strengthens EMEA occupier services offer with new hire from Knight Frank

Colliers has appointed James Lombard as head of corporate capital solutions, occupier services, EMEA. 

Lombard, who has more than 18 years of experience advising corporate occupiers and investors across Europe on capital markets strategies, most recently spent four years at Knight Frank, where he was a partner leading the European long income and sale and leaseback team

Prior to that, he held a senior leadership role at Cushman & Wakefield, having joined the firm’s Paris office in 2007. He will take up his new role at Colliers on 22 April and will be based in London.
