Flexible workspace operator Huckletree has agreed a management agreement with M&G Real Estate on 50,000 sq ft of workspace and event space at 40 Leadenhall in the City of London.
Huckletree’s centre, which will open in August 2025, will offer flexible office spaces ranging from 20 to 200 fully-equipped workstations.
In addition to private offices, members will have access to shared meeting rooms, phone booths, expansive communal breakout areas and a large central dining space.
