Feldberg Capital has promoted Robert Bahr to managing director of the business.
Bahr joined Feldberg Capital in 2023 and brings extensive experience in the structuring, execution and management of real estate investments.
In his new role, he will to continue to oversee and expand the firm’s investment, asset management and fund management activities in Germany leading these respective teams.
He will report directly to the firm’s executive management, which comprises managing partners Rodney Bysh, Andreas Quint, Will Amies and David Turner.
Bahr currently leads a team of six at Feldberg Capital, which manages real estate assets worth more than €1bn.
Bahr said: “I am excited to drive Feldberg Capital’s growth strategy forward together with an outstanding team. Taking on this expanded responsibility is both a motivation and a commitment to creating lasting value and further strengthening our business in Germany over the long term.”
