Build-to-rent (BTR) developer and investment and asset manager BlueCastle Capital has appointed Karen Archer as the company’s new chief financial and operating officer.
Archer, who has more than two decades of senior leadership experience in real estate investment management, most recently served as global chief operating officer, global real estate, at Schroders Capital.
In her new role, she will be responsible for leading BlueCastle’s finance and operational platforms, driving scalable infrastructure to support the company’s growth, and ensuring excellence across operations, governance, compliance and investor reporting.
