Greystar has appointed McAleer & Rushe to construct a new 836-bed purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) scheme in Selly Oak, Birmingham.
Construction is already underway on the £90m project, which is being delivered on behalf of Student Roost.
Located on the site of a former Sainsbury’s supermarket, the development will regenerate a vacant brownfield plot into a residential-led scheme providing 472 studios and 364 cluster bedrooms across two buildings, in addition to 26,000 sq ft of commercial space.
