Hargreaves Land has unveiled plans to build a circa 1m sq ft employment park in North Lincolnshire.
The 77-acre Forge Point site, which is located near junction three of the M180 in Scunthorpe, has the capacity for 959,300 sq ft of new development and forms part of a strategic mixed-use area set out in the adopted Lincolnshire Lakes Area Action Plan.
The plan supports the development of a range of uses at the site including a high-tech business park, offices and hotel. Hargreaves Land is offering design and build opportunities as well as individual plot sales at Forge Point.
