Strettons has promoted Aasia Pathan to director in the company’s land and industrial agency team.
Pathan joined Strettons in 2012 and specialises in the industrial property sector in the City and City Fringe, North London, East London and Essex.
In recent years, she has worked with numerous landowners to maximise their site value by exploring development or conversion routes, working closely with planners and local authorities to bring forward residential-led sites and schemes.
Pathan said: “I’m incredibly proud to be promoted to drector within a team that I’ve been a part of for over a decade. The industrial and development land market in east and north London continues to evolve at pace, and with my combined commercial property and residential land experience I am committed to helping our clients navigate that change to unlock value. Strettons has also promoted Harry Salter to associate director in its valuation and advisory services (VAS) team.
