Exeon has signed for the 15,564 sq ft Lyric House warehouse on Blackhorse Road in Letchworth Garden City.
Exeon is relocating from Shefford to the detached warehouse unit, which sits on a self-contained site and includes parking and a rear yard/loading area.
Paul Quy, industrial and logistics partner at Kirkby Diamond and head of agency in the company’s Milton Keynes office, acted for the private equity landlord on the letting.
Quy said: “Lyric House is an excellent property and is ideal for Exeon’s requirements as the company expands. This is the biggest industrial deal in the last two years within a five-mile radius of Letchworth, so we are delighted to have been able to complete the letting on behalf of our client.”
