DTZ Investors has let a 11,134 sq ft warehouse to Speedrite at Ashburton Point industrial estate in Trafford Park.
The machinery installation, relocation and logistics specialist has taken a 10-year lease on Unit A at the park, which is now fully let.
The unit features two level-access loading doors, LED lighting throughout, fitted office accommodation over two floors and secure yard space.
