The Government Property Agency (GPA) has appointed Carly Ersser as the agency’s new workplace services director.

Ersser joined the agency as interim director in November last year following 12 years at HM Treasury where she led change programmes, workplace experience and multi-site facilities manager.

Mark Bourgeois, CEO of the GPA, said: “I am delighted to welcome Carly as a permanent member of the GPA team. She brings great insight from a GPA client perspective and has shown real passion in championing excellence in service delivery with a transformation mindset. Her appointment is an important milestone in the continued stabilisation and improvement at the GPA, as we work with departmental partners to support delivery of the government missions.”

Ersser added: “I’m proud to be appointed as workplace services director, and am pleased to officially continue driving forward our commitment to delivering exceptional services across the government office estate. I look forward to building on the partnerships with our clients and customers to meet evolving needs, and to strengthening our collaboration with our strategic partners and suppliers to ensure we continue to provide great places to work for civil servants.”
