Built environment consultancy Ridge & Partners has signed for 6,342 sq ft of office space at Twenty Chapel Street in Liverpool.

The company is relocating to the 16-storey, 155,000 sq ft building from its current home at Exchange Flags.

The occupier mix at Twenty Chapel Street includes Liverpool Football Club, Barclays, RSM Orega, Mason Owen and Appreciate Group.

Neil Kirkham, senior director at CBRE, which acted for the landlord on the letting, said: “This latest letting at Twenty Chapel Street demonstrates the appeal of this landmark building which holds a prominent position in the growing and thriving Liverpool business district. It offers Grade A office space with many floors benefitting from views of the River Mersey and the iconic Liverpool skyline with an array of amenities and facilities nearby, including Liverpool One, Europe’s largest retail-led development.

“The calibre of occupier in the building speaks for itself and this recent transaction is testament to the quality of the product, combined with the opportunity to co-locate with some global brands.”

Worthington Owen represented Ridge & Partners.
