Avison Young has appointed John Coggins as a director in the firm’s leisure team.
Coggins worked for Avison Young from 2017 to 2024 before joining Lambert Smith Hampton as a director. Prior to his original tenure at Avison Young, he worked for leisure specialists Christie & Co.
In his new role, he will work within Avison Young’s leisure team in Cardiff and will operate across valuation, agency and lease consultancy in the leisure sector, in addition to acting as a director in the national leisure team.
Coggins said: “After a year away from the business, I’m delighted to be rejoining Avison Young at such a pivotal time and during a period of considerable growth, particularly in the leisure sector. I look forward to leading the leisure valuation offering in the region, collaborating with clients and colleagues to deliver a best-in-class service offering. It’s fantastic to be back.”
