Chancerygate has made 15 promotions across the business’s development, investment management, project management and finance teams.
Dan Powers and Ian Johnson have been promoted to senior project management director and Chris Thrippleton, Darren Jeal and Joe Johnson have all been promoted to the position of project management director.
In the development team, Carmelle Textor has been promoted to planning director, Chris Brown and Matthew Connor have been promoted to senior development directors and Olivia Ashby has been appointed as junior leasing and development manager.
In the company’s finance team, Aggy Bak has become head of finance, Shreeya Panchal has assumed the role of head of financial planning and analysis, Phillippa Twohig-Howell has been promoted to senior development analyst and Fergus Frank has been appointed corporate finance manager.
And Luke Hughes and Luke van Gog have been promoted to the roles of investment manager and portfolio manager respectively in Chancerygate’s investment team.
